The Inner Journey A Himalayan Breath & Kriya Experience
Some of yoga’s most profound teachings are not meant to be understood. They are meant to be experienced. Rooted in the Himalayan tradition, this immersive practice introduces participants to kriya, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and breath-based techniques designed to influence the body, mind, and subtle energetic system. For thousands of years, these practices have been used to cultivate greater awareness, clarity, vitality, and connection. Through direct experience, participants will explore how breath and attention can shift consciousness, quiet the fluctuations of the mind, and open the door to deeper states of presence and interconnectedness. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Please note: Due to the nature of certain breathwork and kriya practices, this experience is not recommended during pregnancy.
